Step 1: Define the Scope – Meet with PBS design
and construction team early to identify your needs,
budget and timeline. Develop the overall project size
including consideration of the projects functional and
financial feasibility.
Step 2: Develop an Affordable Design – Development
of preliminary designs, site plans, and construction
costs to provide you as owner with REAL information
for decision-making.
Step 3: Enter into a Single Source Design/Build
Contract – Upon development of detail project
description then implemented into a contract, Owner
and PBS enter into a Design/Build construction contract.
Design specifications, architecture and engineering
are completed. Applications for mass grading and
construction permitting are submitted.
Step 4: Construction – PBS will develop the
construction schedule, secure the building permits,
and begin field ground work and erection of your
new building. This step also includes continuous
management oversight to “fast-track” and reduce
field construction time, allowing you early occupancy
of your building. Step 5: Occupancy – Final coordination with PBS to
develop and respond to a comprehensive punch list,
review of warranty information, review of all systems
operation and satisfactory function |
