Features: 85,000 sq. ft. industrial facility relocation consisting of a new 80,000 sq. ft. plant including 25 ton overhead cranes, gantry cranes and jib cranes. Specialized mechanicals and concrete. Plant also includes locker rooms, multiple break rooms and laboratory. Building has attached 5,000 sq. ft. administrative space including offices, open bull pen and break room area. Substantial site work preparation.

Features: Design and Construction for a new 50,000 square foot expansion to accommodate steel plate rolling division including multiple 20 and 25 ton magnetic crane systems, large 50 foot wide bi-parting door systems, offices, laboratory and X-ray booth. Exterior pavement consisting of 43,000 square feet of 8 inch reinforced concrete for steel plate storage including all storm water management. Features: A 3,500 square foot systems steel building designed to accommodate a workshop, storage, maintenance and parts. This project also included freestanding canopy structures for block heaters for the tractors and miscellaneous outdoor storage.

Features: 8,000 sq. ft. new office facility with EIFS and glass curtain wall exterior, ceramic flooring, high efficiency mechanical system and extensive emergency generator capacity. Two terminal building expansions. Demolition of existing structures. Renovation of existing mechanical and fire suppression systems. Renovation of on site storm water system. Construction of new site security building.

Features: New expansion for Nationwide Intermodal Trailer Repair Company. Expansion consisted of substantial reinforcement to the existing building, retro fit of sprinkler and alarm systems as well as a new systems steel structural system including full height liner panel, translucent wall panel, epoxy floor coating systems and reinforced dolly pad systems for the trailers.
