Industrial Design Builder

Building an industrial building requires your design and construction team to understand your business and processes.  Whether a small or large building, whether for manufacturing, processing, assembly or all of the above, it is vital to have your design and construction team in concert with one another.  The best solution to a successful project is the Design Build method of construction delivery.  PBS has been designing and building industrial buildings throughout the Midwest since 1990.  Scores of satisfied customers in millions of square feet of PBS built buildings will attest to the benefits of master planning and business process understanding that PBS brings to your project and staff.  From permitting and infrastructure design to final occupancy in your new building, the long term benefits of partnering with PBS, your local professional building firm, are countless.
