“On behalf of R&L Carriers, I want to personally thank
Professional Building Services for the successful
completion of our Chicago, Illinois Terminal expansion
project. This was R&L's first project with PBS. It included
challenges with meeting fire code on the existing building
and permitting. Thanks to the project management team
and their exceptional skills, the project was very successful
and has proven to be a valuable addition to our distribution
network. The PBS Project Manager and Design Coordinator
remained dedicated to our project from start to finish. This
team is to be commended for their exceptional work efforts.
Through the PBS team efforts, we were able to overcome
numerous fire code issues at the existing building along with
permitting and construction issues encountered when tying
into our existing structure. PBS is a key resource for
successful project design and construction execution.
